Leicester Horror Con, the city’s fan run festival of all things spooky and sinister, is being resurrected for 2023!
The first venue for Leicester Horror Con 2023 is The Guildhall, a Grade I listed building in the city centre, the majority of the which dates from the 15th century. The Guildhall has served many roles, including a police station and court house, Shakespeare is thought to have performed on the stage here and its history of eerie happenings led to an episode of TV’s ‘Most Haunted’ dedicated to it.
The Guildhall will host the highlight of our convention, the “Dark Market”. The UKs top horror traders will be in attendance selling artwork, posters, toys, clothing, comics, books, DVDs/Blu-Rays and more. Also in attendance will be guests from film and tv signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans.
A short walk over to our second venue The Firebug will find a programme of panels, interviews and films throughout the day.
Leicester Horror Con are excited to create this new opportunity for the city’s creepy community to meet fellow horror fans, buy merchandise from our awesome vendors, meet our guests and learn more about the genre we love.
