The Burnout + Spring + Boilermen

Spring: Fantastic Alt-rock/Indie 3-piece from Leicester. This band have been quickly gaining momentum as one of the must-see bands on the scene at the moment and huge things are predicted for them in the future. Come and see them play locally while you still can. Spring are one of the tightest, most melodic bands you will ever hear and have been captivating audiences with their ultra-hooky riffs. Hot on the release of their new EP (Watcher), this band are not to be missed under any circumstances.

Boilermen: Incredibly entertaining post-punk/punk/indie 3 piece rock band from Leicester. Fresh from the release of their debut album ‘A 1000 Words on Sound’, the mighty and magnificent Boilermen are one of the finest groups of musicians around. Renowned for their high-energy performances, blending punk and post-punk (with a side-order of pub rock) once seen they are never forgotten.

The Burnout: Leicester’s finest garage-rock blues bashers are back at Firebug and ready for action. They will be ripping up the rulebooks and launching an all-out assault on a tight and sweaty set of blistering songs. Dark and dirty, gory and gothic; this rock-solid, post-punk, three-piece are essential Saturday night viewing.

Any one of these bands would make for a truly memorable night, but with all three showing up, we know it’s definitely one for the diary!
