It’s that time of year again when we all celebrate the arbitrary ticking over of time by getting suitably merry and coming together in one place for a brilliant evening. At Firebug we’ve been looking after proceedings for eight years, so we like to think we know how to make sure NYE is as special as it should be.
We don’t believe in charging you to come in just because it’s the 31st December, so it will be FREE ENTRY as always. We’ll have a tonne of staff on to make sure you get served as efficiently as possible, and all our usual cocktails, beers, wines and spirits will be available. We’ll even throw in some free fizz at midnight.
Upstairs we’ve got Plug at Bug brandishing it’s usual crop of Hip-Hop, Punk, Indie, Alt-Pop and Rock tunes, all mashed together in no particular order by it’s resident DJs, plus a special party band formed especially for the occasion from 9pm comprised of members of Maybeshewill, Buenos Aires and Speaking in Italics.
We’re open until 4am both upstairs and down, so you don’t have to go home until we’re legally obliged to ask you to.
