RockFit is a fun amalgamation of dance, aerobics, resistance and fitness all choreographed to rock and metal music!
The classes are easily accessible to all levels and abilities so don’t be worried you’re “not fit enough” – come try it out!
We like to say “there’s nothing like some choreographed flailing” here at RockFit!
