Are there 6 people in your household?

At Firebug we have always done everything we can to remain compliant with the government’s COVID-19 guidelines, from signage and risk assessments to regular talks with police and licensing.

In Leicester, since we re-opened, it has ALWAYS been the case that no more than 6 people from one household or bubble can sit on a table together, the new classification of Tier 2 has re-enforced this and made it a country wide rule.

To book a table or gig ticket we will ask you to confirm that you are from one household or bubble. Please help us to stay compliant and avoid fines or closure by following ALL the rules, wear a mask when not seated, follow the one way system, adhere to social distancing and remember no cheering or singing when watching a live show.

If your party contains multiple households and you would still like to attend a show you have booked tickets for, please contact us before 6pm and we will try our best to accommodate you. If not, you are entitled to a refund on your tickets.

We have been made aware by LCC of a new ruling where if a household consists of more than 6 people then they may be seated together, Firebug will not operating using this new piece of guidance for now.

Thanks, as always, for your patience and understanding and thanks to our amazing staff for evolving and adapting beautifully! x
