Firebug doesn’t tolerate violence, sexual harassment or oppressive behaviours or language of any kind.
Harassment of any patrons or staff will not be tolerated.
We want all our customers to have a good time whilst they are with us. If someone is making you feel uncomfortable please speak to a member of staff who will take your concerns seriously and will help resolve the matter.
Please feel comfortable contacting us if you witness or experience any of the above.
Firebug is signed up to the national ‘Ask for Clive‘ LGBT+ inclusivity campaign for bars, pubs and clubs and the “Ask For Angela” campaign. Everyone is welcome here, but should you encounter anything that makes you uncomfortable or if you witness any kind of abuse, you can ask for Clive and we promise to help.
