To be the thread that binds us together in love and rage, holding women and our queer community at its core. Our shows are the place where this message comes alive, both on stage and within the beautiful community we have built. This band is our chaos and our catharsis. We write songs about feminist resistance, undoing oppressive beauty standards, violence against women and queer people, the unfolding ecological catastrophe, being a sensitive lil soul but also a norty gremlin. It is our aim to be a part of transforming the rock and metal scene, and both Hannah and Annouli were nominated by Metal Hammer as guitarists most likely to change the world.——————————————————————-\n\n\n\n* Teiger * are a fast-rising trio operating at the intersection of psychedelic rock, progressive textures, and cinematic alternative music. Emerging in 2022, the band have quickly built a reputation as enigmatic musical shapeshifters – crafting collagist, ethereal soundscapes that defy easy categorisation, balancing power and intimacy in equal measure.\n\n\n\nLed by the siren-like vocals and unorthodox guitar work of Talie Rose Eigeland – often likened to Beth Gibbons, Jeff Buckley, or Grace Slick—Teiger’s sound is defined by dynamic contrast and emotional depth. Alongside her, Jon Steele (drums) moves between intricate and thunderous patterns, while Phillip Eldridge-Smith’s highly melodic and unconventional bass playing anchors and elevates the trio’s interplay. Rather than relying on distortion alone, the band create tension through haunting major–minor shifts, carefully crafted arrangements, and an intensely symbiotic musical relationship.\n\n\n\nDespite their recent arrival, Teiger have already earned widespread attention across the UK scene, including support from BBC 6 Music and BBC Introducing, a sold-out vinyl release via Rough Trade, and nominations for Hard Rock Hell Best New Band and Radio Wigwam’s Best Indie Rock award.
