The run up to this years Summer Sundae Weekender this year is The Leicester Fringe Festival – bringing you awesome music from across the country, culminating in Fringe Thursday, showcasing some of the best music in the city, and donating a whole load of money to LOROS.
Firebug has traditionally always been at the centre of Fringe festivities, and we’re particularly proud of our line-up this year.

Spectacularly heavy pop songs from Birmingham’s &U&I with support from Leicester’s Herra Hidro, Speaking In Italics and Junior Fencing Club

FIREBUG OPEN MIC NIGHT
An anything goes open mic for soloists, duos and trios – turn up and perform. FREE ENTRY.
TUESDAY 9TH AUGUST
HER NAME IS CALLA & DAYDREAM CLUB
The gloriously eclectic vocal post-rock meets folk of Her Name Is Calla is always spellbinding. Support comes from Leicester duo Daydream Club.

HYMNS, TALL SHIPS, THESE FURROWS & BUENOS AIRES
Spiky religion bating duo Hymns and Electronic trio Tall Ships pair up with Leicester’s These Furrows and Buenos Aires
